Roseville, Minn. — Tareen Dermatology announced that Dr. Elisabeth Hurliman, MD, PhD, will join its team starting July 2025. Dr. Hurliman is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon with over ten years of experience in medical, surgical, and skin cancer care.
A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Dr. Hurliman completed her dermatology residency and Mohs fellowship there. Before joining Tareen Dermatology, she worked at Ridgeview Medical Center, specializing in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic surgery.
Dr. Hurliman is a member of several professional organizations, including the American College of Mohs Surgery and the American Academy of Dermatology. Her clinical interests include Mohs surgery, surgical dermatology, dermatologic oncology, and cosmetic dermatology, such as injectables and laser treatments. She is especially dedicated to caring for patients with skin cancer, including those at high risk due to transplants or immunosuppression, and values working within multidisciplinary care teams.
Tareen Dermatology is eager to welcome Dr. Hurliman as it expands services to the Monticello community, where access to dermatology care has been limited. Patients from Monticello and surrounding areas, including St. Cloud, often face long wait times of 3 to 6 months for dermatology appointments.
Starting July 2025, Dr. Hurliman will see patients at Tareen Dermatology’s Monticello and Roseville locations. Her addition is part of the practice’s ongoing effort to improve access and provide quality dermatological care in Minnesota.
About Tareen Dermatology: The practice includes over 25 board-certified providers offering comprehensive skin care services. Tareen Dermatology focuses on patient-centered care and uses the latest advances in dermatology to deliver the best outcomes for patients.
