Bella Hadid is known for her flawless skin, and it’s not just luck. According to her facialist Kristyn Smith, the Hadid family naturally has great skin. Smith told CR magazine that Bella’s mother Yolanda and sister Gigi also have beautiful skin, mostly thanks to genetics.
Still, Bella takes good care of her skin. In a 2018 interview with Glamour, she said her mother taught her to focus on skincare before makeup. Bella stays consistent with her routine, especially when traveling, and always brings serums and oils with her. She relies heavily on hydrating products like masks, oils, and moisturizers. She explained that she used to skip moisturizing at night but now feels dry and tight without it.
As a Dior ambassador, Bella often uses Dior skincare products. In 2017, she told ELLE that she uses Dior Homme face wash and Hydra Life moisturizer and mask. She also favors the Dior Hydra Life Jelly Sleeping Mask, which leaves her skin refreshed in the morning. For daytime, she likes sheet masks to cool and revive her skin, as she told Teen Vogue.
Bella also swears by essential oils before makeup. Makeup artist Mzia Shiman used Decléor Aromessence Rose D’Orient Soothing Oil Serum on Bella before the 2018 Victoria’s Secret show to reduce redness and soften her skin.
When Bella wants deeper treatments, she visits facialists like Kristyn Smith, Mimi Luzon (known for the 24K Pure Gold Mask), and Barbara Sturm.
Bella also uses skincare tools. Recently, she showed off her favorite facial roller, the ReFa Carat Ray Face, in a TikTok video. Since the tool isn’t available in Australia, a similar and affordable option is the Lonvitalite Platinum Contour Roller, which helps with lymphatic drainage and reduces puffiness.
On days when even skincare products and tools aren’t enough, Bella turns to a simple bowl of ice to reduce puffiness and brighten her skin, as she shared on Instagram.
Her dedication to skincare, combined with genetics and smart choices, keeps Bella Hadid’s complexion glowing and flawless.
